We use our home-grown ginger (dehydrated and powdered) to infuse local, unpasteurized honey from our farm. Our local beekeeper (Yellow House Bees) keeps bees for us on our farm to help pollinate our crops, and we reap this delicious result!
Our honey is an add-on item! Purchase add-on items by the Friday before your scheduled CSA pickup / delivery, and your selections will be added to your regular order.
